Our Journey
2015 – Our innovation journey started by building software for a digital e-commerce brokerage, Nuera Insurance.
2018 – With a positive response to our offerings, Nude Solutions was born as a software-as-a-service company to share our innovation with the insurance industry.
2019 – Our software was expanded to power a digital MGA, Exhale Insurance.
2021 – Due to limited API availability for brokers and demand for a modern software solution, we pivoted our focus to building a world-class policy administration system. This is now the core Modular Solutions platform.
2023 – The holistic modular software for insurance carriers, mutuals, MGAs and brokers with programs was released to the market.
2024 – The response to our innovative solution was overwhelming, and to keep up with the demand, we raised capital from some of Canada’s most astute investors.
2025 – As our company and product had matured, Nude Solutions rebranded to Modular Solutions to better reflect our product and who we are today.
Our Team
Our exceptional team is comprised of technical and insurance experts, who collaborate on our software and enable our client’s success. Our team is made up entirely of Canadians, with the majority having local insurance industry experience.
To assist the continued development of our program, Modular Solutions also works with consultants with decades of experience in large insurance companies.

Braden Bosch
Founder & CEO
Braden Bosch, Founder & CEO, of Modular Insurance Solutions (formerly Nude Solutions) is a serial entrepreneur and investor with a focus and priority on technology and insurance where he has 25 years of experience. Over the years Braden has acquired, founded and exited multiple companies in the insurance industry. Some recent exits include a chain of independent insurance brokerages with 8 locations in South Central Alberta in 2020 and a digital brokerage Nuera Insurance and Digital MGA Exhale Insurance in 2021.
These deep roots in many facets of the insurance industry provide the depth of knowledge and expertise needed to lead Modular Insurance Solutions as the Founder and CEO. Modular Solutions was born from Braden’s passion to bring innovation to the insurance industry, an industry that has given so much to him over the years.
Aaron Konyer
Chief Technology Officer
Aaron is the Chief Technology Officer at Modular Insurance, where he leads the design and evolution of the company’s cloud-native platform. With over a decade of experience in software development and system architecture, he focuses on building scalable, maintainable systems with clear boundaries that can adapt and grow with business needs.
Since joining in 2015, Aaron has progressed from developer to CTO, helping shape Modular’s technical direction and engineering culture. Drawing on his experience as co-founder of CKSoftware Inc., he brings a practical, systems-first mindset to solving complex challenges at scale.
He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Alberta, is a Certified ScrumMaster, and lives in Calgary, where he balances his passion for software with time on the slopes and a constant curiosity for emerging tech.
Courtney Hamm BSc, MBA, CSPO
Chief Product Officer
Courtney began a career in insurance eighteen years ago as a Senior Business Analyst and worked her way to into Management at Western Financial Group. In this role, she implemented software solutions for nearly 200 broker branches across Canada, led several large software and process implementations including for program business throughout Western Financial Group and Western Coast. At Modular Solutions, Courtney is responsible for design and direction of the platform. She leads a team of subject matter experts that support customers on the development and delivery of solutions for brokerages with programs, managing general agents and mutual insurers. .
Ben Dykes CPA, CA, CIP
Chief Financial Officer
Ben has worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years, including as a finance manager and project manager for the acquisition of a large MGA with Sovereign Insurance. For the past few years, Ben has worked for Modular Solutions as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He also handled the accounting responsibilities for Exhale Insurance and Nuera Insurance before their sale in 2021. Ben is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) insurance designation.
