One thing I've really appreciated about working at Modular is how supportive the team is. Having spent most of my career on the insurance product side, there was still a learning curve transitioning into the SaaS/InsurTech space, but I've never felt like I had to figure things out on my own. It felt like reconnecting with people I already knew, because those relationships had already been built through our everyday interactions. Before joining, I'd heard every version of the same promise from employers. "We value your ideas." "Every voice matters." Most organizations say them. Very few actually live them. Modular lives them. If someone asked whether they should join, I wouldn't hesitate. They'll find a team that listens, supports one another, and never loses sight of the people who make success possible. In my experience, that's rare. And it's what makes Modular a special place to work.

Having spent time at Modular before, what's always stood out to me is the culture. Most places aren't really remote — Modular fully embraces it.
