The construction and materials used provide a strong safety-factor as they have demonstrated to resist extreme weather conditions (e.g. earthquakes of magnitude 7 or above and typhoons of magnitude 12).
The unit can be reused as it is able to be assembled and disassembled quickly and efficiently as well as has a long service life. A prefab unit can be typically be reused six or more times, making it very economically.
