What systems can I integrate with? 

You can integrate with any of our Solutions Exchange partners. We have pre-built API connections that require minimal setup for your platform. If you’d like to integrate with a system not currently listed on our Solutions Exchange, let us know. Third-party systems must offer API connectivity, documentation, and be able to work with us to facilitate a connection. These custom integrations require more development time and come at an additional cost. 

How long does an API integration take? 

Most pre‑built Solutions Exchange integrations can be enabled quickly on the Modular Solutions side. Timelines may extend if a custom integration is required or if additional configuration, approvals, or account setup is needed with a third‑party partner. 

Is there an additional cost for Solutions Exchange integrations? 

Costs vary depending on the Solutions Exchange partner. Some integrations require a separate account or subscription with the third‑party provider, while others are fully integrated into the Modular Solutions platform at no additional cost. 

Can I build a custom integration? 

Yes. Modular Solutions offers custom integrations for third‑party systems that are not currently available in the Solutions Exchange. Custom integrations are delivered at an additional cost and require the third‑party system to support API connectivity, provide documentation, and collaborate with our team during development.
